Hello Everyone, 

I'm pleased to announce that Threadneedle Gallery has now been open almost a month. We have almost ten artists in our gallery and have more arriving daily. We have a selection of well- established New England artists. What does that mean? Well, our first five artists, brought over 125 years of painting experience to the gallery. Including all our artists to date, they also belong to some of the most prestigious International,  National and Regional arts organizations, over 20 in all . Memberships include Salmagundi, Copley, American Watercolor Society, Oil Painters of America, Society of Marine Artists, Audubon Society, Pastel Society, and so many more.  Gallery owner, Jill Harrison holds degrees from RISD and Harvard and has been a qualified art appraser for the last two decades with more than 3,500 clients and many collections valued and sent off to market. Her curation is based on artistic merit, color and composition. She has chosen artists in all mediums to bring Newburyport a taste of fine art. 

For her, art isn't a sideline business, it's her only focus. She can help clients buy art with an eye to building a great collection they will enjoy for many years. She can pinpoint value, get  commissions made and help clients find artists that they love and will enjoy for years. 

For local Newburyport folks, the gallery is located in Threadneedle Alley (across from Bar 25's entrance). We have a black awning and have three sunlit rooms on the second floor.
