LIsa's paintings are often mixed medium. She uses acrylic paint, sand, resin, ink and other mediums to convey a mood or story. You can often feel the ocean while looking at her pieces. Abstracts, beach themes and buoys play across her canvases. Her color palette is sublime. You are suddently on that beach or near the water. You can feel the sensation of the wind.
Lisa graduated with a BFA in Textile Design from Syracuse University and worked in New York City for a fabric company for over twenty years. She also owned a well-known interior design firm before turning full-time to painting. Her works are held in collections Nationwide.
