Maura Harty

Maura Harty  is an oil painter inspired by her time along the cost of Maine, painting coastlines, fields and cottages. With a BFA from Syracuse University and a long career in the Boston architectural community, her focus now is translating the surrounding beauty of New England into simple forms and palettes. Her paintings evoke a calming sense of place, whether as a past memory or as a journey yet to be taken.

Maura is a member of the Copley Society of Art.
